I like Ginza.
It’s a great area for papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). There are lots of clubs that have traditionally employed hostesses, and many people go on dinner dates at nearby restaurants, so a young woman with an older man doesn’t stand out as much.
Restaurants there have long been accustomed to hosting dinner dates, so their staff are good at handling us when we’re doing papa-katsu.
There are also plenty of delicious, stylish restaurants. Business entertaining in Ginza, papa-katsu in Ginza, going out for drinks in Ginza—I feel at ease there.

When I go to Tokyo, I usually stay in Roppongi. There’s so much to do—hostess clubs, burlesque shows, the Roppongi Kingyo drag show, maid cafés—and I have friends who live there too.
From Roppongi, I sometimes head over to Tsukiji or Tsukishima.
