If you’re talking about a woman from a club, she has provided ID to the club, so her age is verified and this situation generally wouldn’t arise.
I can’t really answer hypothetical questions, but…
If the difference were only between, say, 25 and 30, I probably wouldn’t notice unless she told me.
However, if I did find out, I’d be disappointed by the fact that she had lied about her age.
Depending on the circumstances, I might even end things.

For a regular relationship outside the club, I don’t think it would be a problem at all. I think you should be fine for another few years.
That said, if we’re talking about a club where you can’t misrepresent your age, men looking for women aged 22–25 basically rarely make offers to anyone 26 or older. These days, they can search by individual years of age, so they usually search only up to around 26. Since they don’t really feel the need to make an offer at that point, they almost never offer to women 24.5 or older.
Even in ordinary relationships, when you reach around 37.8—the age at which your appearance can undergo a major change—I think you need to either take good care of yourself on a regular basis so you won’t be written off, deepen the intimate relationship, or perhaps build some kind of special connection.

That confession might come as a shock at first…
But they didn’t get involved with you because they liked your age, so I don’t think they’ll necessarily come to dislike you.
That said, if they’re the kind of person who hates being lied to, they may stop responding altogether, so you need to be careful.
What exactly are they in a relationship with?
You—or your age?
If they focus only on your age without seeing you as a person…
If they’re with you solely because of your looks, just leave them.
They’re small-minded.
