I believe Italian gangsters are only allowed to speak in the past tense, so they can’t use the usual threatening lines. I think that’s pretty cool, though.
Under that rule, it would become: “I made a move on a female employee from a company that was at least black-company level. Was that a mistake?”

I think that would be a bad idea.
Honestly, I don’t think I could ever feel that way. But there are people around me who do, so I suppose it’s not completely unheard of.

It probably depends on the size of the company, but if you make a move in the wrong way, things could get really bad, so it’s best not to.
