Are there any club rules that are explained to female members but not disclosed to male members?

Maezawa here with an answer. Basically, that shouldn’t happen. Regarding the example you gave—confirming the transportation fee on the spot—we explain this properly to the men as well. We also tell the women to check the contents of the envelope right there. So if they do check it on the spot, it’s because the club instructed them to; it’s not something they’re doing because they personally want to. We ask them to do this so that everyone can avoid trouble later. That’s how it’s explained. So why did I initially say “that shouldn’t happen”? When explaining things to men during their interview, it’s possible that something could accidentally be left out. For that reason, in Tokyo, they use something like a picture-story show and explain things while showing it to them. However, it seems this isn’t used nationwide. So it’s possible that, as in the example you mentioned, they may simply forget to explain that particular point. That said, this is only speculation on my part. Basically, all staff members should be explaining everything without leaving anything out.
