Kida here.
I believe women’s class assignments can change.
Even without a reshoot, a woman’s class should go up or down depending on whether her perceived value and demand rise or fall, so it’s possible for her class to be reviewed.
That said, staff don’t have the time to constantly check the class assignments of so many women, so in practice, reviews are often done when new photos are taken.
Basically, our ideal is to assign each woman to the class where she’ll receive offers at a pace that works best for her.
Putting an exceptionally beautiful woman in a lower-tier class, or an extremely ordinary woman in the highest class, ultimately causes problems for the woman herself.
We set classes so that women don’t get overwhelmed with offers, but also don’t end up receiving none. If we think, “She looks completely different—she can now be introduced to men as a Black Class woman,” we’ll raise her class accordingly.
