Does the allowance decrease as you get older? What does the club consider average for women around 40?

Maezawa here. I haven’t really heard much about allowances, so I don’t have enough information to say what the going rates are. That said, even among baseball players, some earn 100 million yen a year while others make 200,000 yen a month. So even if you calculated the average income of baseball players, I don’t think it would be a useful reference for any individual player. If you want a particular player, you have to offer more than the average. I think the same applies when it comes to women. I do hear things like, “That guy tried to bargain me down to this amount—what a cheapskate.” So word does get around about men who try to lowball women（笑）. I also sometimes hear men say, “I suddenly can’t get in touch with her anymore. I wonder why?” But I may have already heard from the woman that the amount was too low. When you put both sides of the story together, there are times when it seems likely that the allowance simply wasn’t enough.
