I think the reaction would depend on whether you mean women who do papa-katsu and date papa supporters, or female coworkers and subordinates at your workplace.
Women who do papa-katsu tend to be very beauty-conscious, so they’d probably view hair removal positively.

You’re better off not doing it. If you want a shaved head, just shave it. You’ll definitely regret it.
