What I’d like:
For a bag, Celine or Loewe.
For a watch, Cartier.
For jewelry, Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef, and so on.

If you’re in your late 20s to early 30s, you’ve probably been working for a while, so you’re at the stage where cheap items may no longer cut it.
Whether it’s clothes or watches, I think it’s good to have a few quality items costing up to around ¥100,000 each.

Everyone has different tastes, so I think the best thing to do is ask her. That said, if you search online, you can find brands that are popular with women in that age group.
From there, why not choose something you think would suit her?
I know I’ve said this several times, but I’d love a pair of Van Cleef & Arpels earrings, though there are certainly women who don’t like them. A Hermès bag would be appreciated since it could be used for a lifetime, but you never know whether everyone would want one.
