How long should I wait before consulting the staff if I haven’t received any offers? I’m feeling anxious.

As everyone has already mentioned in their answers… - Uploading new selfies - Revising your profile description - Sending “You seem lovely” comments - Registering the days you’re available for dates, and so on. If you’re going to ask the staff for advice, I think it’s best to be specific. For example: “I’m feeling a little discouraged because I haven’t been getting many offers, so I’d like to revise my profile. Could you show me some good examples?” or “What kind of selfies tend to get a good response?”

I had assumed the guideline was to reach out if you still hadn’t received an offer after a month. That said, they now track how many women receive an offer within their first month, so it might be worth asking for advice after two weeks. In the past, when someone came to me for advice, I would look at her photos and think, “These photos aren’t very good… I bet she’d get offers if I took them.” I’d invite her in for a reshoot. (Even women who had only been registered for a month or so were invited, since it would be better if they started receiving offers.) In fact, some women did start getting offers after their photos were retaken, so photos can be important. These days, though, the staff’s photography skills have improved overall, so there don’t seem to be many photos that are obviously bad. Also, in places like Tokyo, the staff are probably too busy to have the time to invite people in for reshoots, so it may be more difficult. When you ask for advice, they’ll probably suggest things like uploading a selfie (although personally, I don’t think that’s very effective) or writing a comment. However, “You seem lovely” messages sent to men who have added you to their favorites can sometimes be effective now, so I think it’s worth carefully crafting a message and sending it.

I’m Potassium, a female member. I completely understand how you feel. I didn’t get any offers for about two weeks after registering either, lol. (The reality of looks being everything really took a toll on my mental health—but after I started putting in the effort, I began receiving offers.) There were only a handful of men who had added me to their favorites publicly, either.... So lonely.... I even memorized their usernames, lol. *In the menu showing the people who have favorited you, if someone favorites you—even privately—it should show a red “new” label. (I haven’t been able to check how many days the “new” label stays on a particular person’s favorite, though....) Anyway, getting back to the question: I don’t think it’s a good idea to lean on the staff just because you aren’t receiving many offers, especially when you consider how it might affect your future evaluations. Apparently, about half the women who join a club never receive an offer.... If every one of them did that, the staff would work themselves to death. Here are my recommended ways to deal with not receiving offers: ・Do everything mentioned in the video they send you after the interview—the one about how to receive offers. ・Send a “You seem lovely” message with a comment. (This is how I started receiving offers.) ・If a man favorites you, immediately thank him by sending a “You seem lovely” message, and visit his profile as well. ・Polish the comments section of your own profile. (Some men who contacted me said things like, “I read your comments and wanted to talk more,” or “It seems like our values might match,” so this appears to be quite important to some men.) *One man told me that when a woman’s comments give off a feminine sense of openness, it makes him want to send her an offer. So you might want to try writing something that feels a little vulnerable or approachable—not just leaving blank spaces, but adding that feminine sense of openness. It’s all incredibly tedious, step-by-step work, but not receiving offers may simply be bad luck, or because men don’t see any particular appeal in you—your looks or otherwise. In that case, you’ll have to make up for it through your own efforts! Try doing that for a month. If it still seems impossible, you’ll probably be able to accept it and consider that maybe the club just isn’t a good fit for you. That’s what I would do, anyway. First, don’t rely on anyone else—work so hard your smartphone feels like it’s about to break. Based on the other answers in the Q&A, women in their 30s apparently receive a reasonable number of offers, so it seems you don’t need to worry about your age. That’s my take as a woman around thirty, from Potassium. People might laugh and say, “Potassium, you’re really desperate,” but so what? Your twenties fly by, and if you don’t work yourself to the bone while you’re young, you’ll be worried about your later years too! If you weren’t blessed with great looks, you’ve got no choice but to make up for it with effort, right?

Once you’ve joined, of course you want to receive offers, right? I understand how you feel. However, when someone says they aren’t getting any offers, there may not be much the staff can do about it either. If I were you, I’d put a lot of thought into the profile description—how to communicate your appeal, what kind of relationship you’re looking for, and so on. If you can’t think of anything yourself, ask friends what your strengths are. If you have any unusual skills or talents, mention those too. Read it over from the perspective of the men who’ll be viewing it. You could also send men a message using the “You’re lovely” feature, perhaps… Even when I was active on an app, I was able to get a reasonable amount of activity—first meetings, dinners, and so on. It’s not quite on the same level as Universe, but if you’re worried, you could always use both.

Since there are women whose ratings keep rising within less than a week of joining, they must be fully booked with offers and dates several months in advance within just a few days. I’m sure the staff put a lot of thought into how to handle women like that. I imagine they’re hoping to get her at least one offer within the first week—and, even if it takes a miracle, that someone will make her an offer within the first month.

Don’t go to the staff complaining just because you haven’t received any offers. Calling it a “consultation” may sound better, but it’s really just venting—and for the staff, it’s extra work and a nuisance. There’s nothing they can do about it. Wait patiently, or if you’re not confident you can handle it mentally, make a clean exit before your pride gets shattered. Take care of your own heart. The world doesn’t revolve around Universal. Look for other ways to meet people or earn money. Also, your question has no warmth or charm—just desperation. If you’re in your 30s, you should have a sense of style and dignity to match.

I heard this a little while ago, but one of the staff’s internal performance criteria is that a woman they register receives an offer within one month. So I think the staff will do their best to find you an offer during that first month or so. Personally, I think it’s best to wait patiently for at least that long.
