In my opinion, anyone offering 100,000 yen or more per pay-per-meeting arrangement would be considered a generous (well-paying) papa (a male supporter).
If you think 100,000 yen per meeting is pretty common, you must be incredibly popular.

I don’t have a generous (well-paying) papa, so I wouldn’t know.
The one I have is a papa I genuinely like in a monthly arrangement.

When I write an answer, I first think about why the person asking posted the question in the first place.
In this case, I don’t think they’re actually troubled. They’re probably just enjoying themselves by making the story bigger than it is. Maybe they’re fantasizing alone, maybe they want someone to validate them, or maybe they just want to blow off steam by mocking men and women whose pay-per-meeting allowance is under 10,000 yen. Whatever the reason, it’s clear enough that they don’t seem like a particularly decent person.
I think the same way when I read other people’s answers. Are they trying to write a funny joke and have a laugh? Exercise their mind? Or discover a side of themselves they hadn’t noticed through answering? A person’s values, or even their character, quietly shows through in their answers. That’s what makes it interesting.
It’s the subtle art of observing people.
For some reason, when people talk about sex, their individuality comes out very openly. I think it’s probably because sex is something private, so when they talk about it, the side of themselves they usually keep hidden slips out along with it. Perhaps they let their guard down.

Is a pay-per-meeting allowance of around 42,100 yen enough to qualify someone as a generous (well-paying) papa?
**The reasoning:**
The Japanese average is 13.12 cm in length and 3.71 cm in diameter when erect.
So maybe being 3 cm longer and 5 mm thicker than average is enough to qualify as a generous papa.
I clear both benchmarks, so I’ll call myself a generously endowed papa♡
