Why not make an offer instead of assuming she’s jaded?
Some people in their late teens are jaded, while others aren’t.
And being a virgin doesn’t necessarily mean someone isn’t jaded either.
Whether she seems jaded really comes down to how you feel about her.
There are probably women in their 30s who are good at hiding it and can come across as innocent without you realizing otherwise.

As for me, it’s embarrassing to admit at my age, but I have very little life experience. I’ve devoted myself to just one thing since I was a child and haven’t really experienced the outside world, so I decided to register with SALON to try something I’d never done before.
I’m not seeing multiple people, and I still have very little experience, so I wouldn’t say I’m used to papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). I’m not sure whether that means I’m still naïve or not jaded—it probably depends on the person.

I’ve noticed recently that the virgins you meet through dating clubs tend to fall into one of two age groups: around 20 (18–21) or 27. In particular, age 27 forms a remarkably clear peak. It’s not 26 or 28—it’s 27.
Around 20, I imagine they join because more and more of their friends are graduating from virginity, and they start thinking, “Maybe it’s time for me, too.” At 27, perhaps there’s a sense of urgency: if they don’t graduate now, they might remain virgins forever.
Incidentally, I’m currently seeing a 24-year-old virgin, and we’re taking things nice and slow. She doesn’t seem to be in any hurry either. Since she’s made it past the age-21 milestone, she should be fine until 27. I’ve managed to insert one finger and about two-thirds of the glans, but anything beyond that hurts her.

The type of woman you’re looking for sounds pretty unrealistic.
When you say you want someone who is pure and innocent at heart, you mean you’re looking for someone who doesn’t know much about the world, right? If so, it would be pretty concerning to find a 30-year-old woman who knows nothing about how the world works.
It’s like looking for the protagonist from the drama *35-Year-Old Girl*.
In the story, a 10-year-old girl is thrown off a cliff when the brakes on her bicycle fail while she’s out running an errand. She remains unconscious and asleep for 25 years, then wakes up on her 35th birthday.
So, physically she’s 35, but mentally she’s still 10.
That’s the kind of woman you’re looking for, isn’t it?
I think the type of woman you want is simply too unrealistic.
That said, there are plenty of wonderful women who have life experience and common sense while still being lovely people.
If you feel like women like that don’t exist, perhaps it’s because your own heart has become jaded.
