Even if they changed that, I doubt it would bring even one more customer to Universe Club.
It sounds nice to say they’re responding to each individual customer’s specific requests, but lately, it seems like more and more customers who act like complainers are showing up everywhere.

Do you have trouble communicating with the branch staff? You can simply write them an email, just as you wrote this here.
That said, I can’t say whether the staff member who receives it will pass it up the chain.
If your feedback isn’t being escalated, that’s an issue with the company’s organization.
