You can now apply to new locations just like you would normally.
So, if you can find their website, you can apply.
There have even been cases in the past where women who thought they were applying as new applicants turned out to already be registered with Universe. So don’t worry—being registered with Universe doesn’t mean you can’t apply. Go ahead and give it a try.
The issue is what happens afterward. I hear that the interview pass rate at new locations is currently around 5%, making it an extremely competitive process, with 95% of applicants unable to register.
Even so, I think it’s worth trying, so I encourage you to go for it.

(That’s just my guess.)
So, if you weren’t approached, you probably didn’t meet their requirements.
A woman registered with Universe Club whom I was seeing also joined the new branch after being contacted and invited by a staff member.
