As far as I know, with a standard offer, you’ll receive an email with a link for submitting feedback the day after the date you were set up. So it’s after the male member has written and submitted his feedback through that link.
With a letter date, the email arrives four or five days after you’ve made contact, so it’s after the man has written and submitted his feedback.
