Do male members receive messages with the sender’s name properly listed? (I’m of the opinion that leaving your name off a business email is simply unacceptable.)
Are there any other female members who have experienced this?
From the initial inquiry to confirming the final meeting arrangements, there usually needs to be several rounds of communication. Since the club staff contacting me changes during that process, I’m concerned about whether the handover and coordination are being handled properly.
It makes me wonder whether they assume it’s fine to be careless about who handles communication because they collect introduction fees from male members but don’t charge female members anything…
Once I receive an inquiry, I also need to plan my grooming and other preparations, so I’d really like them to handle the handover properly and clearly identify the staff member in charge.

After reading your question, I wondered, “How was it again?” and looked back through my messages with the club. It turns out that about 90% of them included the staff member’s name!
The only unsigned messages were things like the end of a conversation or harmless phrases such as “Thank you” or “I appreciate it,” so it never really bothered me.
If you’ve actually run into trouble because information wasn’t properly passed along, I think it would be best for everyone in the future to tell the staff directly.
Or maybe try signing your own messages, too? The staff might start including their names as well.

This may sound a little cold, but even if the staff member’s name isn’t written, the staff are still communicating with one another. And even if the name is included, communication can still break down if someone makes a mistake.
So I don’t think worrying about coordination based on whether or not the staff member’s name is listed has any real cause-and-effect relationship at all.
That said, I do wish you would communicate your request directly to the staff rather than posting it in the question box. But if you write something like, “Why don’t you give your name?” it could create a bad impression of the staff member, and there’s a risk that men might be told, “This woman has a difficult personality,” or “She’s very particular.” So I can understand why you felt you had no choice but to post it in the question box.
I had assumed that including the staff member’s name was obviously a rule, but after looking through my exchanges with around ten women, I found that five of them had messages without the staff member’s name.
Ten people is far too small a sample to draw conclusions from, so it may be completely different from the overall trend.
Still, as you said, even if it doesn’t affect the arrangements, I do think it would be better for staff to include their names.
From what I could see, it also seemed as though certain staff members were not signing their names.
(The company can tell internally who sent each reply.)
It seems to vary from person to person depending on whether they choose to include their name.
> I want proper handovers between staff members.
That’s a separate issue from whether or not they include their names.
Staff members generally do hand over information, and even without a formal handover, everyone can view the exchanges, so the previous communication is available to them.
Please rest assured.
P.S.
> I remember the name of the staff member who interviewed me initially and treated me kindly quite well.
These days, the staff who conduct interviews and the staff who handle arrangements are different, so I think the issue is that the arrangement staff aren’t introducing themselves.
Also, even for the same arrangement, a different person may reply each time. (笑)
So the staff member who conducted the interview usually doesn’t appear during the arrangement process. However, when it comes to discussing a reshoot, it seems to be handled by the staff member who conducted the initial interview.
In that case, I can understand a woman deciding to go for the reshoot because she has a relationship of trust with that staff member and thinks, “Since it’s this person contacting me, I’ll go.”
However, sometimes there are women who seem to have received a lot of offers thanks to the person who interviewed them. I do occasionally wonder, “Did that staff member really introduce her to that many men?”
Of course, if the photos turned out well and led to more offers, then perhaps which staff member conducts the interview really is important.

The introduction fee is collected from male members, but since it can’t be charged unless an offer is finalized, I don’t think women are treated carelessly.
The service is also managed through a shared email address, and from my interactions so far, it seems like they have solid procedures in place for handling these matters.
If you’re experiencing some kind of problem, I think it would be best to file a complaint with them directly.

I use SALON, and every message I receive about arrangements and other matters is signed by the staff member who sent it. Replies to my questions are always signed as well.
Announcements from SALON, or messages sent to everyone verbatim, are marked “SALON” at the end.
I don’t think it’s really possible for women to have the same staff member assigned to them throughout. So I assume all the staff work together while checking the previous exchanges.
If they went out of their way to sign every message but I received replies from a different person each time, I might actually complain that the handover wasn’t being handled properly.
So if there’s no actual problem, I don’t think you need to worry about it that much.

That’s a difficult issue, I think.
It would be impossible for one particular staff member to handle a questioner all the way through, and the disadvantages would outweigh the benefits—which is why they use the current team-based system.
I’m a Black member as well as an answerer, so I’m probably fairly well-known among the staff (one of them even told me I was famous—how embarrassing). But when it comes to arrangements, I get contacted by various staff members, and sometimes there isn’t even a name included. I’ve never found that uncomfortable or had any problems because of it.
All I can do is express my tremendous gratitude to Universe Club.
Besides, checking the email or LINE history should be enough for a handover, right?
If, hypothetically, one particular staff member handled you all the way through, and that person was completely incompetent, you’d probably end up pulling your hair out, and the handover would be a total mess too.
That said, you do make a good point. It might be worth creating a paid membership system for female members as well—although there probably isn’t much demand for it, haha.

Please mention that in the comment section for women on your profile. That way, men will know you’re particular about these things, which should reduce mismatches and make the experience less stressful for both sides.
By the way, I occasionally forget to include my name when contacting men, too.
