Rather than removing everything completely, people handle it in all sorts of ways.
My current monthly arrangement has smooth skin, with no hair on the underarms, I, or O areas, and just a little left on the V area.

I looked up “hygienina” because I wondered what kind of STI it was, only to find out it means medical hair removal.
I can’t speak for everywhere, but I think it’s pretty common at dating clubs. Based on my experience, among women in their early 20s to early 30s, around 70–80% are fully bare, regardless of age (tell ’em, Grandpa).
From reading this forum, it seems like a lot of men do it too, but judging by what I see at saunas, the number is practically zero. So maybe the ratio is simply higher in places like dating clubs, where people tend to be more conscious about sex.
By the way, once you get rid of the hair down there, water from the bidet hits your anus directly and runs all the way down to your balls, so you have to wipe from your butt all the way to your golden balls. People say that cutting down forests in the mountains removes their water-retention effect and makes disasters more likely during heavy rain. I honestly think it’s exactly the same here.

Among women at dating clubs, my impression is that over 80% remove or groom everything up to the bikini line. Including women who only remove the center strip, I’d say it’s over 90%.
When someone leaves it natural, I find it unusual, and I don’t like it because it’s harder to go down on her.
On the other hand, adult video actresses sometimes grow it out for filming. Apparently, since many viewers are older men, a more natural look is better received.
Most of the women I make offers to are in their late twenties or early thirties. I don’t know about teenagers or women in their early twenties.

Personally, I think men look cleaner when they’re completely groomed too, but I get the impression that’s still pretty uncommon…
As an aside, I’ve heard that regardless of gender, having a fully groomed bikini area makes things easier for nurses and caregivers when receiving medical or personal care.
