I’d take it as a sign that he wants to end things and wouldn’t press the issue ◝(⑅•ᴗ•⑅)◜..°♡
Personally, I don’t think women should be the ones doing the asking in the first place, so I’m not sure!

If you mean twice, and it’s the same person as in your earlier question:
You won’t get a reply unless you send a message that genuinely conveys how you feel. They’ve already given up on you.
At this point, the question is whether you’re okay with that—or whether you see them as someone who only deserves that level of effort.
At the very least, that’s how they see you.

Did you include a specific date, such as, “Would you be able to meet on the [date]?”
That said, I sometimes think it’s better to schedule the next meeting while you’re still together.
If you didn’t go that far, he may simply be thinking, “I’m busy too, so I’ll get in touch once I know when I’m available.”
Of course, that means you’re not a high priority. If you don’t want that kind of relationship, I think you should move on. But since you’re seeing other people as well, if that level of involvement feels just right for you, you could always contact him again after some time has passed.

I’m Misato, a female member.
Unfortunately, I think that if someone really wants to see you, they’ll always reply, even when they’re busy. If you still want to see him despite being low on his list of priorities, it may be worth reaching out—but why not look for someone new while waiting to hear back?

I get extremely busy sometimes too, but whether it’s someone I’m dating or a client, I wouldn’t leave them hanging that long if they were a priority.
I think you’re probably better off giving up, but if you’re not ready to let go just yet, it might be worth reaching out one more time.

Are you the person who asked the fourth question—the one about “before Golden Week”? The man you met outside of the dating club?
If it were papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), I’d assume I must have done something wrong and move on.
If I really wanted to see him again, I’d wait a week and send only: “I’d love to see you again, so please let me know if there’s a convenient day for you.”
If he still didn’t reply, I’d take that as a sign that I shouldn’t pursue it any further.
There could be other reasons, but if you’re the person from the fourth question, I think the man probably sensed that you were feeling pressed for time, which may have lowered your priority in his eyes.

You’re being left on read… He may have forgotten to reply, or you may simply be low on his list of priorities.
Try messaging him on LINE one more time. If he leaves you on read again—or doesn’t even open it—let it go. Don’t chase someone who’s walking away.
You’ll probably have better encounters once you clear out the dead weight.
