My usual sleep duration is short to begin with. They say everyone has an amount of sleep that suits them, so if you’re having trouble sleeping because the quality of your sleep is poor, your usual sleep schedule might be the cause.

If I’m not sleepy, I think of it as lucky—I’ve gained some extra time—and enjoy myself. Though I usually fall asleep pretty quickly.

Maybe I’ll start working out. It’ll build muscle, tire me out, and help me sleep.
