Why aren’t we told which grade female members have been assigned to?

Kida here. By “grade,” you mean the class categories for female members— Standard Gold Platinum Black—right? In the early days of the club, there was a period when we told women their grades. The result was bad for everyone: the men, the women, and the club. Standard → Their motivation drops. Gold → “Why am I second from the bottom?” Platinum → “Why am I not in the top class?” Black → They become overly proud. It’s only natural for women to feel this way. So I’d have no choice but to raise their class. → The setting fee goes up, so they receive fewer offers. → The woman is unhappy. → The club is unhappy. → The man is unhappy. That was the pattern. Learning from this, we standardized our class assignments based on the following principle: “Set a woman’s class so that she receives a suitable number of offers.” To do that, we needed to keep classes on the lower side so women would receive more offers. But if women knew their classes, we couldn’t do that, and it would ultimately cause problems for our female members. That’s why we made it a rule not to disclose women’s classes to them. What I’d really like to ask is: Is there any actual benefit to knowing your class?
