Clubs generally want active women to remain registered for as long as possible, so I don’t think it’s ever too early.

If the club allows you to register again, I don’t see a problem with it. That said, even if you can re-register, they might add some kind of note to your profile. I may be remembering wrong, but I feel like I’ve seen a comment like that before.
