I understand that a female member’s class is largely assigned to help regulate the number of offers she receives.
I’ve heard that even when a woman is absolutely lovely, staff may place her in a class one level below in the hope that she’ll receive plenty of offers. If offers come flooding in, her class may be raised; conversely, if she doesn’t receive any, it may be lowered.
I don’t think star ratings have much to do with promotions. There are even one-star women in the Black class, while some Standard members have five-star ratings.
You could say that a woman’s class is ultimately decided by the market.
It’s me.

Just my personal impression, but moving from Black to Platinum or from Gold to Platinum seems fairly common, whereas Platinum to Black is something I rarely see.
I’m not sure how much the star rating influences class changes.
When a girl I’ve made an offer to moves up a class, I feel like I’ve gotten a good deal, but at the same time, I have mixed feelings because it means she’s probably being flooded with offers.

When someone attracts a flood of offers, her profile may be hidden just a few days after joining, then reappear a few days later upgraded from Platinum to Black.
Some girls really do move up that quickly.
So far, I’ve met three girls who were upgraded from Platinum to Black. Two of them were still Platinum when I first went on a date with them. One was upgraded to Black a few days later, while the other moved up to Black when she had new photos taken six months later. Apparently, she received nearly 30 offers in her first month alone.
The other girl had only recently been upgraded to Black, but even after a year, the offers still hadn’t dried up.
I’ve met all of them, and after meeting them, I could understand why they were upgraded to Black so quickly.
I also feel lucky to have met girls like that.
There are some girls with perfect star ratings whom I can still occasionally contact and meet, but I don’t feel that the star ratings have much to do with class upgrades.
A perfect rating means there’s nothing to complain about, of course, but being good at papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) and being someone I personally like seem to be two different things.
I’m not particularly fond of girls who are too accustomed to papa-katsu, so I hardly pay attention to the star ratings. In fact, someone who suits me can sometimes feel more special.

I don’t think women were often moved up to Black based on their star rating alone.
However, it seems to happen when they receive a flood of offers.
Sometimes they’re also moved up when, for example, the staff are amazed at how much prettier they look during a reshoot compared to their previous photos.
But some women suddenly stop receiving offers after that—because there are men who will make an offer if she’s Platinum, but not if she’s Black.
So I don’t really see any benefit for women in moving up to a higher class.

It might go up when applications flood in, but I don’t really get the impression that star ratings lead to an increase. Even when a surge in applications does result in an increase, it seems to affect the setting fee rather than the woman’s class.
I think the most common factor behind someone moving up a class is the staff’s impression of her during a reshoot.
