No matter which branch you register with, you can make offers to women from every branch. That’s why I chose my branch based on the staff.
There are several staff members I absolutely love—people who helped me at events and interviews before I joined, and who are both wonderful and highly capable.
A few years ago, there was a “Switch Your Registered Branch!” campaign. I believe it came with a points-back bonus worth several hundred thousand yen, but I decided not to switch.
That’s how much of a difference having trustworthy staff can make.

You can travel to meet them, or have them come to you. If their travel expenses are substantial, though, you should give them additional money to cover transportation.
If you’re looking for a long-term arrangement, it’s better to make offers to women who live relatively close by. You’ll be able to meet more easily and won’t get tired of the distance.
