First of all, there’s an official service called the concierge service.
It’s a service for men in the Black Class, where they can sit down one-on-one with a staff member over tea or drinks and exchange all kinds of information.
That said, we basically don’t discuss women’s personal information. Even if asked, the answer would be that we can’t provide it, so I think the men generally don’t press the matter any further.
I seem to remember that, in the past, there was a staff member who talked far too freely and was subject to disciplinary action.
(“Disciplinary action” can mean various things, of course.)

In any event, men who say they’re close enough to the company president to go drinking with him, or that they’re close with the staff, probably aren’t all that impressive.
Normally, you wouldn’t tell a woman things like that, and there’s really no need to.
It’s not unusual to meet one-on-one with a staff member for a specific reason. I’ve done it several times myself.
There are people everywhere who go on and on claiming to reveal “the industry’s secrets.” They’re almost certainly lying. Anyone who genuinely knows the inside story keeps their mouth shut and would never talk about it.
I think the questioner’s papa is a classic example of that.
“Confidentiality” is the most important rule at a dating club, whether you’re an employee or a member.
Even if your papa is telling staff about your private life, I doubt that information would go any further. If anything, I think he’s probably being flagged as “a person to avoid” or a candidate for forced removal from the club. If a staff member leaked a member’s private information outside the club, they’d be fired immediately. Universe is that committed to compliance.
And please make sure to report him to the club, saying clearly that you’re uncomfortable with this kind of papa. He’s probably doing the same thing to other women, too. Let’s stop this before anyone else gets hurt ^^;
