I’m a woman. A few weeks ago, I had new photos taken and viewed them on the preview screen. (I assumed one of these would probably be used as my main profile photo.) However, when I logged in again today after some time, I noticed that the photos had been changed. I didn’t request any changes, but is it possible for the staff to alter the photo selection themselves?

Maezawa here. For example, if you have new photos taken but still don’t receive any offers, we may replace them with different photos, thinking the original ones might be the issue. So if your photos have been changed, you can assume that the staff are making an effort to help you receive offers. Normally, we don’t replace photos very often. However, if you preferred the original photos, please let us know. We may be able to switch them back.
