Maezawa here. The penalty for forgetting to hand over the allowance isn’t immediate forced expulsion. It generally doesn’t result in a yellow card, but you’ll receive a warning first. If the issue continues after several warnings, you’ll be forcibly removed. However, in malicious cases—such as deliberately refusing to pay or saying, “Why should I pay transportation costs when she lives nearby and barely spent anything getting here?”—you may be forcibly removed immediately. (Note: Although it’s referred to as transportation expenses, it is actually a thank-you for having dinner together. So even if the woman didn’t incur any transportation costs, you must “always” give her ¥5,000–¥10,000.)
