Thank you for your question.
Our representative, Kida, will answer.
Thank you for informing us about your cosmetic procedures during the interview. It was very helpful.
If you disclosed them, there’s almost a 100% chance they were recorded on your interview sheet. If they were recorded there, they were probably also included in the notes on your online profile—about 90% of the time.
For example:
“I had a mole removed from my butt.”
“I had liposuction.”
Some things may not really be considered cosmetic surgery, and minor procedures may not always be recorded. However, if breast augmentation was disclosed, I believe it would be recorded 100% of the time.
If you received a date offer under those circumstances, the man probably takes the stance that it doesn’t bother him.
That doesn’t mean he’s unaware. But everyone probably has enough tact not to say something like:
“Oh, right. The staff mentioned that you have silicone implants in your breasts. Modern implants are amazing—you can’t even tell! Haha.”
Personally, the most awkward situation is when:
Woman: “No, I haven’t.”
Staff: “Oh, right. Of course not.”
(As if to say, “There’s no way you haven’t, judging by those eyes.”)
After that, the rest of the interview becomes very uncomfortable.
