If I feel that a little extra is warranted, I may give her enough to cover her actual expenses.
Generally, though, transportation costs should be considered included in the allowance.

For second dates and beyond, there generally isn’t a separate transportation allowance. As Early mentioned, if expenses such as taxi fare come up, they’ll likely give you that separately.
If transportation is to be covered separately, you need to negotiate that from the outset; normally, it isn’t included.

Whether it’s included or not depends on the person. Ask them directly.

I’d say it’s generally included.
That said, quite a few people will also give you extra for a taxi when you miss the last train.
