Maezawa here. Is it harder for people who communicate via LINE to fill out the survey if there’s a field for an email address? In other words, does that mean people who mainly use LINE may not have an email address, so they can’t fill in the email field and therefore can’t submit the survey? That could be one possibility. However, if no email address is provided, we won’t know whose survey it is, which means we can’t really use it as helpful feedback. ＞＜ So it does need to be a required field. That said, if someone doesn’t have an email address, I think it would be fine for them to enter their LINE ID instead. Was it not possible to submit the survey that way?
