I’ve heard that offers tend to go to women who have recently registered. Is there any data to support this?

Looking specifically at women who joined in 2018: Number of women who joined in 2018: 10,465 Among them: Offers received between joining and one month after joining: 10,113 Average: approximately one offer per person Offers received between one and two months after joining: 2,183 Average: approximately one offer for every five people Offers received between two and three months after joining: 1,424 Average: approximately one offer for every seven people Looking at these figures, it seems fair to say that offers are concentrated on women during their first month. Incidentally, among the women who joined in 2018, 5,021 have had experience going on dates.

Maezawa here. I’ll leave the data to the staff member who enjoys working with numbers. If you’re a male member, you’ve probably noticed that some women are marked “New.” These are women who have just registered. Naturally, because they’re marked “New,” they attract a lot of attention. Experienced male members have already seen most of the existing women, so they tend to focus mainly on newcomers. That’s why, when there’s a particularly appealing woman among the new registrations, she receives a lot of offers. The same reason explains why the number of offers tends to decrease as more time passes after registration.
