I’m a male member of the Tokyo branch. Is it okay to tell the female member who introduced me to the event—including female members from branches other than Tokyo—about its existence? Am I not allowed to forward the email or share the URL?

Maezawa here. I think it’s fine to let her know that the event exists, but it would probably be better not to forward emails or share the URL. Ideally, you could tell the woman about the event, and if she says she’d like to attend, you could contact the staff directly and say something like, “This woman is interested in participating, so please take care of her.” That said, I don’t think you should tell her, “I’ll contact them for you, so don’t worry.” Each event has its own theme, and even if you contact the staff, there’s a chance she may not be eligible to participate.
