I hear that fairly often.
At regional branches, we used to pick out the doctors and hide their profiles individually. However, if a doctor joined later as a new member, we might not catch it right away, so it isn’t a perfect solution.
Still, doctors who are members when you join can be hidden, so it seems safer than doing nothing.
If that still doesn’t give you peace of mind, you can register with a blurred photo (though you’ll receive fewer offers). That might be a good option.
Also, if you tell us, “Please decline offers from doctors,” then even the unblurred photo normally shown to people you’d like to receive offers from won’t be shown to doctors, since their offers will be declined.
