I think it’s because the value you offer doesn’t justify a high allowance. Just wait—eventually, an unconventional man will come along.

Being in your late 20s or early 30s doesn’t automatically mean you’ll receive a higher allowance. Among the men who make offers to women around that age are some very generous (well-paying) papas who want to spend time with a beautiful woman with a mature sensibility and who say they won’t spare any expense if she becomes their mistress. Hopefully, you’ll meet someone like that. These papas are looking for independent women who have a strong sense of self and live their lives responsibly—not childish girls.
That said, I also don’t think it’s realistic to expect a pay-per-meeting allowance of ¥50,000 just because you’re a student or 20 years old. In fact, ¥50,000 for dinner only (no intimacy) would be impossible unless you offered something on the level of a celebrity having dinner with a fan. Wealthy men can easily meet a cute 20-year-old at a lounge or upscale club, so there’s no reason for them to pay ¥500,000 just for dinner.

Getting 50 per pay-per-meeting for dinner only is pretty difficult unless you’re a student or around 20…
Once you’re past that age, hardly anyone has that kind of advantage…

I think it mainly comes down to the preferences of men who give higher allowances.
Rather than your offer rate, it’s more about being the type of woman those men prefer. That’s how you end up receiving offers from men who are willing to pay a higher allowance.
That said, I think the allowance will vary depending on the individual—just like salaries aren’t the same for everyone at a company.
So even if you happen to meet one of those men, you won’t necessarily receive a higher allowance unless you’re someone he genuinely wants to give more to.
