What is the interview pass rate for women aged 40 and over?

Maezawa here—I’ll answer this one too. I don’t think we ever compiled the interview pass rate as data. There are ways to look into it, but it might be a bit of a hassle. So maybe someone who likes crunching numbers will work it out eventually. My gut feeling is that the interview pass rate may be slightly lower. But even if you knew the rate, it would vary from person to person. For example, even if the overall pass rate were 10%, someone who has that certain something would pass wherever they went. In that sense, you could say their personal pass rate is 100%. By “that certain something,” I mean having an appealing quality. Even if you feel you have nothing special, there will still be women who think, “I’d like to invite this person.” So the best thing to do is simply come in for an interview. You might be disappointed if you don’t pass, but in that case, I think you can just tell yourself that the Universe staff weren’t very good at judging people.
