Is this kind of male member really difficult for a club to deal with?

Maezawa here. If that’s something the woman genuinely feels on her own, then it means you’ve helped create a good connection, so I don’t see a problem with it at all. However, if she’s saying things like, “I’d like you even more if you were exclusive with me,” or “I could increase your allowance if you were,” then it feels almost like she’s indirectly asking you to leave the club. > Are men like this difficult for the club to deal with?
