Regarding men’s profiles for reverse offers, will there be income verification like on certain papa-katsu apps? I think members who submit proof of income should have a checkmark indicating that their income has been verified.

Maezawa here with an answer. Income verification sounds like a good idea. For example, at the new club, income verification is required, and one of the conditions is an annual income of at least ¥40 million. Until now, Universe had a system where income verification wasn’t required. So if not requiring it was one of the reasons Universe grew, introducing this system could potentially cause the business to decline. Personally, I think it would be better to introduce income verification, but unfortunately, I don’t know whether they’ll move in that direction. If a large number of women—perhaps around 3,000—were to leave because income verification was introduced, they would probably adopt it right away. On the other hand, it could make people think they’re only interested in money, so it’s a difficult decision.
