Maezawa here. Our policy on reshoots hasn’t particularly changed. I believe it’s basically the same as before. In principle, we always confirm whether a woman wants to continue every six months. Each branch then decides whether to bring up the subject of a reshoot at that time. If you were previously asked about a reshoot but aren’t anymore, they may assume that, since some time has passed, you’ve become familiar enough with the club to know about reshoots and will bring it up yourself, so they don’t need to mention it. When a woman has only recently joined, she may not even know that reshoots are an option, so staff need to explain it to her. That may be why they used to bring it up so often. Another possibility is that they’re busy interviewing new members and haven’t had a chance to ask you about a reshoot. So, if you’re happy to have new photos taken and it’s been more than six months, I think it would be a good idea to contact them and say something like: “I’d be happy to have a reshoot, if possible.”
