That’s a violation of the rules. “Please proceed with the termination of her membership...” would be going too far, but still— When someone openly writes about violating the rules, I honestly don’t know what to do ＞＜ As you said, the club’s comments hardly ever get updated. I do think they should be revised more often, but unless you happen to have a chance to chat with a staff member or meet them briefly while you’re there for something else, it’s hard to know how to go about changing them. Even if you have a general idea of what someone is like from talking with them regularly by phone or email, it rarely gets to the point of actually updating their profile. Though people with bad reviews do get notes added right away...
