Maezawa here. Universe prohibits photo editing, so there shouldn’t be any photos processed with a soft filter or taken with a soft filter attached to the lens. If there is a soft-looking effect, it may be because the camera settings had the contrast lowered, or because the flash created lens flare that affected the image. There are probably differences between branches, so if you could let me know which branch’s photos show this most often, I may be able to check. If it’s happening nationwide, just let me know that it’s across the country, and I’ll take a look at the photos.
