It seems that most of the information on the profiles with 0 reactions is hidden. I haven’t calculated the average, but among the 428 people currently visible, the person ranked 214th—when sorted from most to fewest—has received 12 “You’re wonderful” reactions. So if you have more than 12, I think it’s fair to say you’ve received more than most people.
