As you said, men browse women’s photos, videos, profiles, and other information through a members-only page, then make an offer to women they’re interested in.
If the schedules work out, they arrange to meet.
In principle, women cannot see the man’s photo in advance.
However, perhaps partly thanks to the reverse-offer campaign, more men are gradually adding photos to their profiles.
(Though there still aren’t many.)
So if you receive an offer from a man who happens to have both a registered profile and a photo posted, you can decide whether to accept the offer after seeing his photo.
There are also men who have registered profiles without posting photos. In those cases, you may be able to see details such as their height, weight, and annual income.
(This depends on whether they’ve filled in those fields.)
If the offer comes from a man who hasn’t registered a profile, it will only include a description such as:
“He’s a man in his 40s who enjoys surfing and has a muscular build.”
Even if you don’t know the details beforehand, you can meet him over a meal and get a sense of what he’s like. Talking with him should also help you decide whether he’s kind and considerate.
There’s a saying that seeing something once is better than hearing about it a hundred times, so it may be a good idea to meet first and then decide whether you want to continue seeing him.
