I’m a female member. I had a photo shoot about a week ago, but I’ve since cut my hair and changed my look. It hasn’t been long, but would it be a bother to ask for another shoot?

Maezawa here. If the change is dramatic—for example, going from long hair to a short cut—they’ll probably ask you to come in for a new photo shoot. But if it’s just a change in hairstyle, they may simply ask you to send them a new photo and use that instead. The decision can vary by branch, so why not try asking something like, “Would it be possible to have my photos retaken? I’ve attached a current photo for reference.” I don’t think the staff would mind if you just ask casually. (If you’re too persistent, though, they may worry that you might be like that when going on dates with men.) They’ll probably look at the photo you send and decide which option is best.
