Maezawa’s current positions are Unit Manager of the Creative Group’s Development Unit, as well as Unit Manager of the President’s Office Unit.
He coordinates the engineers’ opinions, gives directions, and is also involved in a project to improve our DSLR photography. Overall, he’s a jack-of-all-trades.
He always responds right away, which is admirable, but apparently he answers mostly outside working hours so no one can accuse him of neglecting his other duties. Pretty impressive, right?
His bonus is probably a few hundred thousand yen. This particular payment covers three months’ worth of bonuses because the calculation period was changed.
