I’m Kida, the representative.
There’s no member who doesn’t make even a single offer in an entire year. No way.
There are people who do it once every six months, or just once when they join—about five out of 4,000 members.
It’s a shame to join thinking this is the biggest gamble of your life, then give up after just one or two experiences—not so much because of the money, but because of the opportunities they’re missing out on.
If anyone can name something other than meeting people that can truly change your life, I’d love to hear it.

There are actually quite a few men who join but never make a single offer.
I can’t help thinking they’re spies, so it might be better to block their access to the members’ page if they haven’t made an offer for a month and ask, “Has there been some kind of problem?”
But for now, we don’t have a system like that in place.
Personally, I’d absolutely hate it if someone kept browsing the profiles of registered women without ever making an offer. But I suppose the men see it as, “I’m paying for membership, so I’m free to do what I want.”
We could probably prevent it by raising the annual membership fee, but that would mean increasing the price for everyone.
So it’s a difficult issue.

I think there are quite a few men like that.
Especially men who genuinely fall in love are unlikely to make offers if things are going well with the woman they’re currently seeing.
Since the annual membership fee isn’t particularly high, they’ll often remain registered by renewing as a Gold member or something similar.
