Probably not. I use this site because I’m an employee, but if I became an executive at my company, I’d be way too scared to use it. It’s a company with tens of thousands of employees.
That’s why I don’t want to climb the ladder, either. If you have money, you don’t need status. It’s just a nuisance.

In this day and age, with compliance and ethics under such close scrutiny, people in fairly respectable positions may be here, but wouldn’t anyone truly at the top avoid coming to places like this to minimize the risks?

This is just speculation, but at companies with tens of thousands of employees, the president is often not the owner, but what you’d call a hired CEO or a company executive who rose through the ranks. Given the risks involved, I don’t think they’re likely to do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). They might go out drinking in Ginza, though.
