During interviews for female applicants, asking about sex is something I specifically instructed the staff to do.
Of course, as Takita wrote, we only dig deeper when it could be one of the woman’s strengths. And naturally, some applicants may be uncomfortable answering questions about sex, especially if the interviewer is male.
So why do I tell the staff to “ask about sex whenever possible”?
Because I want to know.
Well, that’s part of it, but more importantly, it’s “to find a hook that will attract offers.”
Honestly, anything besides sex is irrelevant to me.
She enjoys handicrafts, cooks often, and doesn’t like spicy food.
Who cares?
That kind of superficial information is necessary for appearances, but the things that offer a glimpse into a woman’s true feelings are her past experiences, stories about her papas, and conversations about allowances.
Talking about allowances is now off-limits during interviews, so sex is where we can see her true self.
Of course, I don’t want to make anyone dislike me or feel creeped out by asking such questions, but it’s part of the job.
“Why did you come here? I’m not telling you to take your clothes off. You need to find something that will help you win an offer out of hundreds of competitors! Where is it?”
That’s what I’m thinking to myself while making sexual conversation.
Of course, I don’t particularly want to write about past experiences like threesomes, and they don’t really matter to me. But I feel that the details of a woman’s intimate experiences naturally give you a glimpse into her life.
The smarter the woman, the more candid she tends to be.
This is a topic I really enjoy, so I ended up writing quite a lot.
I no longer interview women myself, and all the employees who conduct interviews now are very polite, so they’re different from me.

The questions you’re asked will vary depending on the staff member handling your interview.
That said, there are certain things they’ll always need to ask about, such as your occupation, age (date of birth), height, weight (they have a scale available), and bust size, among other things. You probably don’t need to mentally prepare yourself for these questions in particular.
The other questions are where staff members may differ. Sometimes they’ll ask about things that are difficult to answer so directly, while other times they won’t ask at all.
Generally, they ask about the things men want to know, so you can probably get a rough idea by imagining what those might be.
If I say too much, there’s a risk that people will prepare overly polished answers in advance. So I’d suggest simply preparing yourself to answer honestly in the moment.
Even if you give a rehearsed answer, the man will only end up disappointed when he meets you. It may be difficult, but I hope you’ll answer honestly at the time.
Of course, sometimes they won’t ask about those kinds of things and will instead make general conversation.
