How much time do staff spend registering female members?

Maezawa here. The amount of time spent on each registration probably varies by branch. In Tokyo, it’s not unusual for one staff member to interview around six people a day. If that happens every day, they need to register six people daily; otherwise, the number of unregistered applicants keeps piling up. Six one-hour interviews means six hours, leaving only two hours to register those six people. So they can’t spend much time on each individual registration. At regional branches, the average may be only one or two people per staff member per day, which allows them to take more time to showcase each woman’s appeal and help her receive offers. That said, they also have to handle the arrangements after offers come in, so they can’t necessarily devote the entire day to registrations. It varies depending on how busy the interviews are that day, but that’s roughly how it works.
