Kiritani from the SALON staff team is answering.
Looks are judged as a whole, including your hairstyle, makeup, figure, clothing, and how well-groomed your feet are.
Your attitude and manners during the interview are also important.
Whether or not you’ve had cosmetic surgery isn’t part of our hiring criteria.
If you look naturally beautiful, we may not even realize that you’ve had work done, so I don’t think we can say whether it’s common or not.

Since cosmetic surgery came up...
A lot of today’s cosmetic surgery leaves you wondering what was actually done. If you’re going to pay that much for surgery, I think you might as well go for a complete transformation and show up at the club interview looking like a totally different person.
You pass the appearance check, somehow make it through the interview, and then comes the problem: presenting your ID.
If you were previously registered with Universe, your old and new photos would look like they belonged to two different people, so you’d need to somehow get past that hurdle too(笑)

Since it’s a salon, why not simply ask them to introduce you to a beautiful woman who hasn’t had cosmetic surgery?
It’s fine if she’s naturally as beautiful as someone who has had work done, right?

Maezawa from the President’s Office here—I’ll answer this one too.
The maximum number of male members at SALON is 30.
If you’re actually one of those members, I think you should speak to the staff rather than post here.
But are you really a SALON member?
Or is this just a careless question from someone at another club trying to undermine us?
Still, the fact that even SALON is finally attracting this kind of attention shows just how incredible our momentum has become, doesn’t it?
SALON is doing extremely well, so I can’t say I don’t understand how other companies feel.

I’ve only met women who don’t seem to have had cosmetic surgery.
The staff probably asked about your preferences in women, but they may have mistakenly profiled you as someone who likes women with cosmetic enhancements.
Asking through the anonymous Q&A box won’t really get you anywhere, so I think you should tell the salon staff how you feel.

I think the person asking the question should consider getting cosmetic surgery.
