From her perspective, she may have felt that there was no need to keep messaging since you had already made plans for that day. She might simply be the practical type.
You seem to expect too much from women. You could even say you’re a bit of a dreamer. It might be worth continuing to send offers until you meet a woman who can keep that dream alive for you.

If things seemed to go smoothly, I’ll usually get a thank-you message sometime that day or early the next day.
Occasionally, some girls are just bad at writing, but if I don’t hear anything, either they changed their mind or they weren’t really interested to begin with and were just being polite.
I’ll reach out once, and if there’s no reply, I move on.

That seems a little narrow-minded…
For example, if she were in her 30s or 40s, I might wonder whether she lacks basic social etiquette. But if she’s still a minor, still a student, or has been working for less than about two years, I think you could see it as fairly normal—she’s still at the stage of learning these things.
You might even be able to shape her into the kind of woman you want her to be.
When you look at it that way, considering ending things over something so minor seems overly narrow-minded. That said, it’s entirely up to you.
Choosing someone based on your own standards is certainly one option. But since you took the time to ask here, I hope you’ll also consider this perspective.
Also, it’s possible that the restaurant you took her to simply wasn’t nice enough to make her feel like sending a thank-you.
Next time, you could choose somewhere that makes her want to thank you.
That might be worth trying as well.

If she was happy to set a date too, I don’t think you need to worry until the day of the meeting.
However, if you pushed her into deciding on the date within barely an hour and a half, she may have just been turning you down.
P.S. If you’re concerned, why not message her now with something like:
“I had a great time yesterday.”
“You were so cute that I was really nervous.”
“You were even more beautiful in person than in your photos, and I was impressed.”
If she doesn’t reply, just let it go.

If she thanked you properly when you parted ways, I don’t think you need to worry about it that much.
After all, showing appreciation is something the other person should do voluntarily, not something you should force them to do.
If you can’t tolerate a woman not sending a thank-you message on LINE, then you simply shouldn’t pursue the relationship. You seem like a rather particular person, so I imagine more things will bother you in the future.

Personally, I think that even in a club setting, saying thank you when someone treats you is simply common courtesy for a working adult.
That said, my idea of common sense often turns out not to be shared by everyone, so I don’t dwell on it. I just figure, “That’s the kind of person she is.” Getting a thank-you message afterward definitely earns her extra points.

No thank-you LINE…
It does make you question someone’s character.
But you know what they say—different strokes for different folks, right?
There really are all kinds of people out there.
The person I met yesterday was wonderful, but today I’m seeing someone else, and I’m thinking, “Do I really have to do something like that?” (sweat) (sweat)
I don’t want to go, but I’m on my way now.
I really don’t feel good about it… What a terrible situation. (tears)
If it bothers you that much that he didn’t send a thank-you message after the first meeting, why not give him all −2s in your review? That way, you won’t cause any trouble for the other gentlemen.
If something is already bothering you now, you’ll probably start noticing even more flaws from here on out.
There are plenty of women out there, so let’s move on to the next one.

Don’t you feel grateful to her at all? I always send a thank-you email myself, so I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about. (In the style of Tomizawa from Sandwich Man.)

I think that’s part of what dating is about—things like that happen sometimes.
I’ve never dated someone while worrying about whether they would send a thank-you message.
Come to think of it, one of the women I see isn’t big on LINE, so she doesn’t send thank-you messages. But she’s very pleasant when we’re together, so we’ve continued seeing each other for almost a year. I think it’s rather shallow to judge a woman solely on whether she sends a thank-you message.

I’ve met three women so far, and only one of them (Type C) never contacted me after our date.
Since it was our first meeting, we confirmed that we would proceed with a dinner-only arrangement and parted ways. Two or three days later, she started saying completely unreasonable things, so I asked the club to verify the facts. However, she had already left the club, and they couldn’t get in touch with her either. In the end, the arrangement never happened.
There may be individual differences, but I think it’s best to make your decision carefully.
Perhaps she passed away… for all I know.

Don’t get upset over something that minor. As long as he gets in touch by the day before your next date, that’s fine.
That said, it’s not impossible that he’ll keep leaving you on read—or not even open your messages—and cancel on the day. If that happens, give him some feedback and get angry.
