So it seems like it can only be discovered from the man’s side toward the woman.
I think the only option is to give them the person’s name and ask them to hide the profile. If you tell them you only know her real name, they’ll handle it using her real name.

I don’t think there have been any particular requests for it, and checking everyone would probably be quite difficult.

If you are, you’re not allowed to tell anyone about information you learned through the club—or even show it to them.
So even if a family member appeared on the women’s list, I don’t think you could say anything.
That said, you probably would say something if it were a family member. But that would make it an utterly unreasonable situation where it’s okay for you, but not for the other person.
If you’re a woman, you could simply say during your membership interview:
“If my parent is registered, please hide their profile. My parent’s name is ○○.”

I don’t think they perform checks like that.
Just as with the workplace issue mentioned earlier, even if the club noticed, they wouldn’t be able to say anything, so I don’t think there’s much point in checking.

If you’re concerned about a family member being a member, the most practical solution would be to give the club their name and ask them to hide that person from your search results, just as you would with someone from your workplace.
