We sincerely apologize that the photos didn’t meet your expectations. However, the photos featured on the homepage are selected from the many pictures taken by our staff.
As Maezawa mentioned, six photos are posted on the members-only page. We can replace them with other photos, so please feel free to contact the club if you’d like to discuss it.
As for retaking the photos, we generally allow this once every six months.

Unfortunately, as Maezawa-san mentioned, it looks like you won’t be able to retake your profile photos for another six months. So how about adding one or two of your absolute best private photos instead?
The key points are:
① Don’t overdo the editing
→ If they look too different from your profile photos, people may think, “Wow, you really went all out,” and be tempted to call you out on it（笑）
② Don’t upload too many
→ Maybe a maximum of 10 private photos? Personally, I don’t get a great impression from people who upload tons of them. I don’t know how to put it—there’s a bit too much of a “Look at me, look at me!” pushiness to it. I think one or two of your very best shots would be ideal.

I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer this as well.
Actually, around six photos of each woman are posted, but women can only view one of them.
That one is also used in the listings, so sometimes they intentionally choose a more striking photo.
As a result, the full set of six photos may not look that bad. However, if the interview schedule was crowded, the photos may have been taken in a spare room, and the results may not have been very good.
Since I don’t know which situation applies here, I can’t say for sure, but normally, retaking the photos is done after six months.
That said, once three months have passed, if the branch is busy and even the staff feel that the photos aren’t very good, they may allow an earlier reshoot.
So it might be best to wait a little longer.
Another possibility is to have a photographer you know take proper, unedited photos with a DSLR and send them via LINE. In some cases, they may approve replacing the photos that way.
However, they will probably refuse photos that look like they were taken with a smartphone or that have been edited, so please keep that in mind.
You could also have them taken at a proper photography studio, but it would be disappointing to pay for the photos and then have them refuse to replace the existing ones.
It might be better to have someone you know take them, or look for a photographer through a photography bulletin board where you only have to pay a small modeling fee, and arrange to receive the photo data as part of the terms.
That way, you won’t incur much expense, and even if replacing the Univ photos isn’t possible, it may be easier to accept.
